How to make a return

You have 5 days of time from receipt of the package to make the return.
Only intact and unused items will be accepted.
The refund is activated in the shortest possible time and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the goods are received at the returned warehouse, after checking the returned products.
The refund is issued on the payment method used for the purchase.
The return must be made through the same shipper who made the delivery (DHL), using the same integral receipt package with the words “to be paid by the recipient”.
When the refund is made, the Seller will retain from the same a fixed rate equal to the shipping costs incurred for the return of the object.
For international shipments, not only the transport costs but also the transport costs will be deducted from the refund amount. the customs duties incurred for the return of the goods to Italy.
